This guarantee is valid for 30 days after birds have been received. Any diagnosis of any pre-existing conditions must be made by a licensed avian veterinarian. Lima's Exotic Birds attending veterinarian must concur with the diagnosis and all laboratory tests and results shall be made available to same. Pre-weaned babies have no guarantee on any conditions that may have arisen from handfeeding. In the event of a loss due to a pre-existing condition, Lima's Exotic Birds reserves the right to either replace the loss or issue a refund. This guarantee is invalid if the bird's leg band is removed.
